Coaching services for executive function skills is tailored to the specific needs of each individual and is conducted online in the privacy of their own home. The goal of our coaching services is to help teenagers and adults become more independent, self-reliant, and successful in their academic, professional, and personal lives. By strengthening executive function skills, individuals can better manage their responsibilities, reduce stress, and improve their overall well-being. Executive function skills help us to remember our goals and the steps needed to reach them, resist distractions along the way, and find a Plan B when Plan A doesn’t work out.

Organizational Skills
Coaches work with individuals to develop organizational systems for their schoolwork, job tasks, personal belongings, and digital resources. This may involve strategies for keeping track of assignments, tasks, materials, and important dates.
Planning and Goal Setting
Individuals are taught how to set and work towards achievable goals. Coaches can help with breaking down long-term projects into manageable steps and creating action plans.
Time Management
Coaches help individuals learn to manage their time effectively by creating schedules and routines. They can assist in setting priorities and avoiding procrastination.
Study Skills
Effective study techniques, note-taking strategies, and test preparation methods are taught to help teens perform better in school.
Task Initiation
Work towards overcoming procrastination and getting started on tasks. Developing routines to facilitate task initiation.
Problem-Solving
Coaches help individuals develop problem-solving skills that can be applied to various situations they may encounter in their academic and personal lives.
Self-Monitoring and Metacognition
Coaches help individuals to be able to accurately assess their own strengths and needs and see the bigger picture.
